Machine Operator 20/28 Hr

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate one or more previously set up multiple spindle screw machines to perform various operations on metal bar stock.; Study blueprints and plan sequence of operations.; Select cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cuts, and cutting tools based on experience and knowledge of metal properties and shop mathematics.; Install collets, bushings, and stock pushers in stock-feeding mechanism.; Install and adjust cams, gears, and stops to control stock and tool movements at each station.
