Customer Representative (Mobile)

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to be the interface between the Aircraft Manufacturer and the Customer (aircraft buyers/airlines). This role is ideal for a retired aviation quality inspector seeking flexible, part-time work.Responsibilities:• Coordinate technical (airframe, engine, systems) and commercial (cabin equipment, aircraft delivery) aspects between partners.• Ensure quality, respond to customer inquiries, and detect/report discrepancies.• Maintain strong relationships with our client and customers.• Track aircraft construction progress and manage related documentation.Requirements:• Aeronautical or military training, with 5-10 years in the aeronautical field.• Fluent in technical English, with in-depth knowledge of aeronautical systems and technologies.Qualifications:• Familiar with internal/client processes and international relations.• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations
