Job#: 3032630Job Description:Mid Product/Project ManagerLocation: Ocoee, Florida (Hybrid)Employment Type: Contract to PermRole OverviewProduct / Project Manager – Core Business ApplicationsOverviewThis Product/Project Manager will take ownership of multiple core business application initiatives, transitioning projects from a PM who is moving into another internal role. The role supports several business units, with a strong focus on call‑center applications, third‑party integrations, and data‑driven decision making.This is a hands‑on role requiring technical fluency (SQL, data integrations) combined with strong stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage multiple application initiatives across core business systemsAct as the primary PM/PO for call‑center‑based applications used to book stays and manage reservationsPartner closely with business units to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutionsOversee third‑party integrations, including travel insurance vendors and travel partnersSupport Salesforce integrations housing:Owner dataProspect dataTimeshare contract dataLead data conversion and integration efforts when acquiring new resorts:Analyze historical data from acquired propertiesDefine data mappings between legacy systems and internal platformsDetermine one‑time sync vs. ongoing integration approachesSupport internal employee‑facing applicationsUse data and reporting to support decision‑making and project prioritizationWrite and execute SQL queries to validate data, investigate issues, and support integrationsServe as a collaborative liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersMust‑Have Qualifications3–5+ years of Product or Project Management experienceStrong SQL skills with the ability to query relational databasesExperience supporting third‑party system integrationsSolid understanding of relational databases, data mapping, and system integrationsHighly data‑driven, with strong analytical and decision‑making abilitiesPersonable communicator, comfortable working with multiple business unitsNice‑to‑Have ExperienceRebuilding applications or supporting legacy‑to‑modern migrationsExperience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism industriesPrior exposure to call‑center technology environmentsSalesforce integration experienceExample ProjectsRental Booking Application – the primary system used by call center agents to book staysSalesforce Integrations – consolidating owner, prospect, and contract data from multiple sourcesResort Acquisition Data Conversions – translating and mapping historical data from acquired properties into internal systemsInternal Employee Applications – supporting tools used by internal teamsCompensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
