Technician

TechnicianWe're hiring hands-on Technicians to support production operations inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and precision components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.What You'll Be Doing:Perform grinding, polishing, buffing, blending, and surface finishing on components to meet specificationsSupport coating removal, blasting, and reconditioning processesOperate cleaning systems such as ultrasonic and wash equipmentUse precision measuring tools to verify work accuracyAssist with equipment setup and operate process-specific machineryMove materials and components using forklifts and small cranesComplete quality checks before moving parts to the next production stepDocument production time and maintain required quality recordsPerform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaHandle waste properly, including segregation and labeling, in accordance with safety guidelinesSupport continuous improvement efforts across the production floorWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenanceExperience with grinding, blasting, coatings, machining, welding, or similar disciplines preferredAbility to read technical drawings or follow detailed work instructionsComfortable using hand tools and measurement equipmentDetail-oriented with strong quality focusBasic computer skills (ERP systems, time tracking, MS Office)Team player with strong communication skillsWork Environment:Active production floor with industrial noise and moving equipmentFrequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive hand movementsExposure to heat, machinery, and industrial materialsMust be able to wear required PPE
