Lending Assistant

We’re partnering with a growing banking organization seeking an experienced Lending Assistant to support loan officers and help drive an efficient, customer-focused lending process.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong banking operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced lending environment and enjoys working closely with customers, loan officers, title companies, and internal operations teams.Key Responsibilities: Support loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle Coordinate loan closings and documentation Review files for completeness and compliance Order and track appraisals, title work, insurance, and financial documents Process renewals, extensions, adverse action letters, and draw requests Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely funding and booking Handle customer signings and lending-related inquiries Assist with regulatory disclosures and compliance requirementsWhat We’re Looking For: ✅ 3–5 years of banking, lending, or loan operations experience ✅ Strong understanding of loan documentation and lending processes ✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ✅ Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✅ Texas Notary Public status preferred (or willingness to obtain)This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team environment with strong leadership and long-term growth potential.#BankingJobs #LendingAssistant #CommercialLending #LoanOperations #BankJobs #TexasJobs #NowHiring #FinancialServices #Hiring
