Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for fuel sales and retail transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Assist customers with product demos, upselling items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and merchandising displays Stock shelves regularly, ensuring products are well-organized and replenished promptly Monitor fuel levels and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Supervise or assist with merchandising efforts to promote featured products effectively Conduct basic retail math for transactions and inventory counts while ensuring accuracy Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or ability to oversee store operations when needed Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to enhance sales opportunities Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs more effectively Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and courteously Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environment is advantageous Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock levels Familiarity with merchandising techniques to attract customer attention Phone etiquette skills for professional remote communication This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a retail environment while delivering exceptional service.
