Schedule: 4-day work week + overtime opportunities (Start/end times may vary slightly by 15–30 minutes.) 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Pay: $19/hr 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30/4:00 PM – 2:00/2:30 AM - Pay: $20/hr (Note: 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for the first week.) Job Summary: Assemble small medical device components in a cleanroom manufacturing environment Work with small hand tools and microscopes Inspect products for quality and accuracy Package finished products Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Reliable attendance and strong work history Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience preferred Comfortable working with small parts and detailed tasks Able to follow written instructions and meet quality standards Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, squat, and move as needed Cleanroom Requirements: Employees wear required PPE including gowns, hair coverings, and protective equipment.
