The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record in building scalable distributed systems.What You’ll Do:We are looking for a Platform Architect to drive technical excellence, mentor teams, and lead the development of our next-generation products.The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership.What You'll Be Responsible For:Lead and mentor engineering teams across frontend, backend, and infrastructure domainsDrive technical vision and architecture decisions for complex distributed systemsCollaborate with executive leadership on product strategy and technical roadmapBuild and scale engineering teams through effective hiring, mentoring, and developmentEstablish engineering best practices, processes, and quality standardsDrive innovation in cloud-native architectures and deployment strategiesLead implementation of cost-effective and performant cloud solutionsOversee development of scalable frontend and backend systemsManage site operations and technical infrastructureWhat You’ll Need: 20+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership rolesStrong experience in cloud-native technologies, distributed systemsProven track record of leading full-stack engineering teamsDeep expertise in modern frontend and backend technologiesExperience with cloud platforms and infrastructure managementStrong background in API design and microservices architectureExperience with monitoring, observability, and performance optimizationTrack record of successful product deliveries and team scalingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldTechnical SkillsCloud Platforms & Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud-native architecturesFrontend: React.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSSBackend: Java, Go, Node.js, RESTful servicesDatabases: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databasesInfrastructure: Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelinesArchitecture: Microservices, distributed systems, high-availability systemsLeadership CompetenciesStrategic thinking and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong team building and mentoring capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in agile methodologies and project managementAbility to drive innovation and technical excellenceStrong focus on engineering quality and best practicesLocation: Remote, USAEmployment Type: Full-time
