Grounds Maintenance 2nd Shift

Come join our team and be part of an award-winning property!Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.Participate in the set-up and execution of special events.Maintain work areas and equipment.Be watchful for security related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the propertyQualifications:Must be flexible with work schedule including working 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., weekends, holidays, and events when necessary.Must be a self-starter with a team-oriented personality.Must be a good communicator.Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather.Must have valid drivers license.
