Executive Assistant to CEO
About us:
Sullivan Builders is a family owned and managed since its founding in 1977. We specialize in unique projects that involve complicated residential and commercial remodeling and ground up construction. The commercial division of our business specializes in tenant improvement and tenant finish projects for office, medical, retail as well as bars & restaurants. We also complete work for churches and schools in the area. Our residential work includes complete gut and remodel of existing homes, additions to homes, and custom built homes.
Our company culture is unique in that we are family owned and operated, but all members of our office and field team are considered part of the Sullivan Builders family. We strive to have 100% of people in the right positions, and it is difficult for bottom performers to hide. We have a team-focused approach where each persons' role is clearly understood, and expectations are clearly laid out. Each role within our business is critical to the organization's success.
Ultimately, we are in business to provide a first-class client experience and built environment to the communities we serve, as well as a rewarding place of work for our team members.
We are looking for an Assistant to two of our CEOs, who can also join our crew as we move upward and grow with our team. The right person for this position would have experience leading others in professional environment, enjoy/lean into critical thinking and open ended tasks, no aversion to new software and learning new processes, and genuine excitement to learn and grow with us!

· Time management and attention to detail skills huge; someone that can be trusted with autonomy
· Great verbal and written communication skills – experience managing others a huge plus here – we have many people from different backgrounds
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and of Excel (required) – ability to teach self via google and online resources is great, but must have necessary foundational skills of both programs down
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Comfortable having open ended tasks or priorities that are not a 1 day check off list type of task – ability to source out other people or resources when needed vs nature to wait until someone else engages
