Our services include Anodizing, Chem. Film, Non-Destructive Testing, Masking, Penetrant and Painting.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Worker located in Compton, CA. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks related to aerospace plating and painting, troubleshooting and fixing mechanical issues, operating power tools, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the facility this includes handling hazerdoes waste materials. Day-to-day tasks include equipment maintenance, cleaning hazerdous waste, waster water treatment and preventive maintenance to ensure that all systems and equipment are functional and safe.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceExperience using Power Toolsabiltiy to lift and carry heavy equipment abiulity to work standing for long periods of time and in heatStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a maintenance or related role in the plating and painting industry is highly desirable
