Cath Lab SupervisorEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Bartlett, TNSalary Range: $68,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)Position SummaryWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for cardiovascular service lines in a hospital-based Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role is responsible for managing both the clinical and administrative functions of the Cath Lab and related diagnostic areas, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team performance.The Cath Lab Supervisor may provide direct clinical care as needed and will play a key role in staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations.Schedule & Work EnvironmentShift: Day ShiftOn-Call: NoneSetting: Hospital-based Cardiac Catheterization LabKey ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for cardiovascular service lines, including Cath Lab operationsManage administrative and clinical functions of the Cath Lab, Stress Testing, and Echocardiography areasEnsure appropriate staffing levels and oversee labor and operational budgetsMaintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety requirementsOversee the delivery of high-quality patient care servicesHire, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performanceProvide hands-on clinical support in the Cath Lab as neededCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support efficient department operationsPerform additional duties as requiredRequired QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization LabAcceptable clinical backgrounds include:Cath Lab TechnologistCath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)Licensure & Certifications:Current and active license, certification, or registration required to practice in the state of TennesseeBasic Life Support (BLS) certification (current and active)Preferred QualificationsRCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certificationRTR or ARRT certificationBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experienceCompensationCompetitive salary range: $68,000 – $100,000 , based on experience and qualificationsWhy Join Wheeler Staffing PartnersWheeler Staffing Partners partners with healthcare professionals to place them in leadership roles where they can make a meaningful impact.
