WHO WE WANT -
Our ideal candidate lives locally or is willing to locate here and who has 2+ years of verifiable and proven 70'th percentile or above direct sales or lead setting experience in a relevant industry. (window cleaning, solar, pest control, windows, roofs, siding, painting, chemical applications, fiber sales, msc home services, etc)
Those applicants with three or more years of proven high output performance in some direct sales oriented or lead setting job like those listed above will have priority in our hiring process.
We are building a robust, skilled, consistent set of sales professionals to build our core acquisitions team around and who are seasoned enough to develop into sales manager leadership roles as at this branch, our inside sales team, and additional branches.
That said, ambition and eagerness to learn + work hard speak volumes at our organization and we will not overlook anyone with those traits. and have entry level positions and offers open for those who do not meet these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers.
Assist in training and transporting Jr outside sales team members
Daily review of success metrics
Handling & closing assigned inbound leads on an as needed basis
Present and demonstrate our premium pest control offer to interested parties.
Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and sales procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous sales experience, 2 years minimum, preferably in direct sales or door-to-door sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong work ethic and a drive for success.

Pay: $53,064.00 - $215,424.00 per year
