Entry-Level Class A CDL Driver TraineeWe are seeking motivated recent graduates from accredited Class A training academies to join our team. We offer a comprehensive 30-day paid training program, competitive wages, and clear pathways for career advancement.What we offer:Paid Training: Complete our 30-day, over-the-road (OTR) training program, which includes hands-on experience and prepares you to be a safe, skilled driver. You will be paid a salary of $650 per week during this period.Competitive Pay: After training, you will be assigned your own company truck and can expect to earn an average of $1,200-$1,400 per week, depending on your chosen route.Career Advancement: We offer rapid promotion to experienced driver status, with access to higher-paying dedicated, regional, and OTR routes.Variety of Routes: Choose from OTR and regional routes. In larger metropolitan areas, local positions may also be available.Tuition Assistance: Receive up to $1,000 in tuition assistance to help with your CDL academy loan.Work-Life Balance: Our drivers enjoy more frequent home time compared to many other carriers.Well-Maintained Equipment: Drive excellent, well-maintained trucks to minimize downtime and roadside issues.Home Time Between Training and Employment: After your 30-day OTR training, you will receive 2-5 days off before transitioning to your full-time driving role.Qualifications: At least 21 years of age.Graduated from an accredited Class A training academy with a minimum of 120 hours of training within the last two years.Current Class A CDL and a valid DOT physical.Fairly clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), with no suspensions in the last year.Ability to pass all DOT-related tests, including hair or urine screenings.Ability to pass a detailed background check.Hiring Process: Phone Interview: After you apply, we will conduct a brief phone interview.Application Approval: If approved, your application can be processed in a few hours to a few days.Orientation: You will be scheduled for a 1.5-day orientation.
