About the Role The Structural Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing self-performed structural construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CW Matthews’ quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of structural construction projects, from preconstruction through final completion Oversee self-performed structural work including scheduling, labor planning, equipment, and materials Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Track project progress and prepare regular reports for leadership Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Qualifications 4–10 years of experience managing self-performed structural construction projects Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field Strong understanding of structural construction means and methods Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Required Skills Strong understanding of structural construction means and methods Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Preferred Skills 4–10 years of experience managing self-performed structural construction projects Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field Pay range and compensation package Competitive pay, paid holidays, year-end bonus.
