This role is ideal for someone beginning a career in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or clinical operations who is highly detail‑oriented, reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast‑paced healthcare environment.In this role you will support clinicians, pharmacy operations team members, customer experience team members, and pharmacy partners by helping ensure operational tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established workflows and quality standards. This is a foundational position within the Clinical Pharmacy Operations organization, with opportunities to develop operational judgment, technical proficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration skills over time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily pharmacy operational workflows and administrative tasks to ensure timely and accurate prescription processingAssist with prescription drafting preparation and documentation workflows for clinician review and signatureMonitor operational queues and escalate delays, missing information, or workflow concerns appropriatelyMaintain accurate documentation within prescribing platforms, EHRs, pharmacy systems, and internal operational toolsEnsure assigned tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirementsClinician & Internal Team SupportProvide frontline operational support to clinicians and internal teams for routine pharmacy workflow questions and requestsAssist with resolving straightforward operational issues using established workflows and guidance from senior team membersEscalate complex, clinical, or technical issues appropriately and with clear documentationMember Support & Customer Experience CollaborationSupport member‑facing pharmacy workflows, including prescription status updates and coordination tasksCollaborate with the CX team to assist with basic prescription‑related member issues and inquiriesHelp ensure members receive timely communication and operational support related to pharmacy workflowsOperational Learning & Process Improvement SupportDevelop foundational knowledge of prescription lifecycles, pharmacy fulfillment processes, and operational workflowsIdentify workflow inefficiencies or recurring issues and communicate observations to senior team membersSupport process improvement initiatives, audits, reporting tasks, and operational cleanup efforts as assignedDemonstrate curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new systems and workflowsQuality, Compliance & DocumentationFollow established SOPs, regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and quality expectations consistentlySupport documentation, audit preparation, and quality assurance activities as neededMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned workAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support evolving clinical, operational, and business needsQualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive, task‑based work with accuracy and consistencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort learning and working within multiple technical systems and workflowsAbility to prioritize tasks and operate in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule; occasional holiday coverage may be requiredPreferredMedical Assistant (MA), Medical Technician certification, or Pharmacy Technician certificationExperience in healthcare administration, healthcare operations, customer support, or pharmacy support environmentsExposure to EHRs, pharmacy systems, or healthcare operational toolsInterest in healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, or digital health environmentsTraits for SuccessReliable, detail-oriented, and organizedEager to learn and develop operational expertiseComfortable asking questions and escalating appropriatelyPositive, collaborative, and team‑orientedDemonstrates initiative and ownership within assigned responsibilitiesAble to maintain accuracy and focus in a high-volume environmentWhat We OfferRemote working environmentCompany provided computer and other required equipmentGenerous benefits package including Healthcare, Dental and VisionComplimentary Lifeforce Membership for Full Time EmployeesWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
