Vice President of Operations – Full time - near BostonOnsiteProfit and Loss experience in an Orthopedic setting required.Physician Practice Management highly preferred.Salary, bonus and relocation assistance provided.This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple sites, with oversight of financial performance, compliance, patient experience, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will:Drive growth in patient volume while improving access to high-quality careLead operational, clinical, and financial performance across the regionPartner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and clinical leadership to achieve organizational goalsFoster a culture of exceptional patient experience, service excellence, and innovationBuild strong partnerships with physicians and administrative leadersOversee team development, performance management, and organizational growth across practicesPromote the organization within the community and support brand awareness initiativesLeverage data, insights, and operational expertise to inform strategic decision-makingPlan and execute initiatives that maximize efficiency, revenue, and overall performanceQualifications & ExperienceProven leadership experience in operations, with a strong track record of driving performance and growthExperience managing healthcare operations; orthopedic experience is required.Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations preferredStrong financial and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionExperience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams across clinical and operational functionsSkilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance managementAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionEducationBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
