Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make a lasting impact by supporting students' growth and success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst on a flexible part-time contract. In this role, you'll serve a diverse caseload of approximately 29 students—mainly elementary (grades 2–5), with a few middle school students—offering vital consultation services and expert behavioral support in a collaborative school environment.Your expertise will be valued in providing hands-on consultation, updating behavior plans, and supporting both staff and students to ensure classrooms remain stable and positive. The assignment will continue through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year, with a part-time schedule (2 days per week, flexible between Monday and Friday), so you can balance professional contribution with other commitments.
