Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.Helping to develop protocols for the most common diagnoses we seeParticipating the research studies supported by the clinicExperienced or interested in work conditioningResponsible for continuing to develop their own skills by attending company continuing education events and using the continuing education allowance to attend approved coursesBachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related fieldGraduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training programAthletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic TrainersLicensed as an Athletic Trainer Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnelMust be committed to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
