The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations, oversee production workflows, and manage team performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, optimizing resource utilization, developing operational strategies, and maintaining high-quality standards across all functions. The role will also involve fostering safety and ensuring effective communication across teams.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and motivate diverse teams.Experience in logistics coordination and supply chain management.Proficiency in operations strategy, workflow optimization, and resource planning.Knowledge of quality control practices and adherence to safety regulations.Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.Experience in the automotive or packaging industry is advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with a hands-on approach to operations.
