Enterprise Program Manager - AI

Drive our strategic objectives and be a pivotal part of the AI revolution in the legal industry!Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or in Business Relationship Management. 10+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management. Possession of certifications such as BRMP, CBRM (BRMI) or PMP, PfMP, PgMP, PBA (PMI). Proven experience working directly with executive teams, presenting complex concepts, and designing/delivering strategies in highly technical environments. Preferred experience in the legal (AmLaw 100) or consulting industries Duties:Work with the CIO and Program Executive Sponsors to align objectives with the firm's overarching goals, staying updated on legal technology trends to propose new solutions. Oversee program management, including scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring minimal disruption to business and legal practices while delivering AI projects. Provide regular updates and presentations on AI project status, establish reporting requirements, and manage relationships with AI technology vendors. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes for evaluating, implementing, training, and adopting AI technologies within legal practices. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, develop and execute change management strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and identify and mitigate program risks. Utilize Agile methodology ensure efficient program delivery. Salary: $185,000 - $200,000AW
