SNMC is an Equal Housing Lender (NMLS# 3116) and adheres to all applicable lending regulations and guidelines.About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-time, in-office (AZ) team member who is committed to standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). Compensation includes a competitive salary based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities available. This role does not require an active NMLS license; however, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of current mortgage industry experience.If you're someone who thrives on process, takes pride in communication, and wants to grow inside a high-performance mortgage team, this role is for you.What You'll Own1. Lead Management• Contact all new leads within 4 hours of receipt• Track every lead using our Lead Tracker and onboard into CRM• Maintain an 80%+ lead-to-consultation ratio• Work toward a 60%+ lead-to-application ratio• Provide regular lead management reports (daily, monthly, quarterly)2. Calendar & Scheduling• Set and manage 100% of appointments for the Loan Officer and team• Target 20+ appointments set per week• Confirm all appointments via email, text, and phone — 24+ hours in advance• Answer 90%+ of incoming calls on behalf of the LO and team• Review the LO's next-day schedule before end of each business day• Keep the LO prepped and on time for all daily commitments3. Borrower Pre-Qualification• Contact all newly assigned borrowers within 24 hours of the Initial Loan Consultation• Thoroughly review the 1003 with borrowers and collect required documents• Evaluate cash, credit, and income qualifications for all applicants4. Database & Client Experience• Coordinate 2+ leveraged events monthly (lunch & learns, happy hours, etc.)• Manage birthday and home closing anniversary programs• Send 5+ monthly gifts, handwritten notes, and post-closing surveys• Manage 500+ monthly mailers and 2+ email newsletters• Send quarterly Letters-from-the-Heart and Evidence of Success mailersWhat We're Looking For• Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (Encompass, Calyx Point, etc.) and DU/DO, LP• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)• Exceptional verbal and written communication — you represent the LO brand on every call and email• Highly organized with strong time management; you're always one step ahead• Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented• Collaborative across branch, processing, underwriting, and corporate teamsWhy Join UsYou'll be a core part of a lean, high-output mortgage team where your work directly drives production.
