Overview: Overview Elements Massage of Edgewater is seeking a passionate customer-centric professional to join our vibrant team as a Client Experience and Sales Specialist. Make a positive difference in the lives of others in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming experience for our clients. Here's what we are looking for: Ability to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program. The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients. Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine passion for creating memorable client interactions Reliable transportation and attendance Responsibilities Drive exceptional client experiences using our innovative Service Path, strategically connecting clients with personalized wellness solutions including memberships, gift cards, and tailored service upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients, this will include assisting in light cleaning duties. Be a team-player who is respectful, kind and thoughtful. You will collaborate with therapists, estheticians and other front-of-house staff. Provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile! Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, phone, text, and email inquiries Qualifications While prior customer service experience is a plus, we prioritize candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and a contagious enthusiasm for wellness.
