Sr. Quality Systems Engineer - Remote + Travel to East Aurora, NYClient: MattelLocation: Remote + Travel to East Aurora, NY Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10% travel    Ability to participate in meetings and calls outside of normal working hours (late night or early morning).  • Veeva Vault White Belt Certification What Your Impact Will Be: Joining the Team on the ground floor, you will have a significant impact on the digital transformation for the Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance organization. In this position, you will: • Be a technical system engineer, assigned to EQMS modules and other quality systems (i.e., LIMS). • Lead requirements and design discussion with business stakeholders and Information Technology partners • Be able to demonstrate the primary features and functionalities of an application and how it works and communicate impact to the business process stakeholders. • Address and resolve user issues as they relate to system configuration and permissions. • Provide business project management for the implementation of projects, enhancements, and changes. • Perform the necessary system configuration, testing, and UAT for projects, enhancements, and changes. • Works closely with the OCM and training team to ensure they have a full understanding of all changes and enhancements, as well as general system functionality. What We’re Looking For: • 3 to 5 years systems engineering experience. • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent: Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. • Strong communication skills (in person and virtual), must be comfortable with leading meetings, discussions, and training sessions. • Must be comfortable with being on camera during virtual meetings and training sessions. • 2 to 3 years experience in system configuration. • 2 to 3 years experience in project management.• Veeva Vault White Belt Certification • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to participate in meetings and calls outside of normal working hours (late night or early morning). • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10% travel)
