Parts Coordinator

Parts Counter-Person Action Power Sports is in search of an experienced Parts Counter-person. In this position the right candidate will, answer customer questions, place parts orders, assist instore customers and contact customers when parts are ready to pick up. We are looking for an energetic, experienced individual that can contribute to our continued growth of our company. Benefits Family owned and operated Medical and Dental 401K Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee discount Long term job security Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate to customers the status of their order Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Be able to read and understand the electronic parts catalog Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers Look up parts requested using electronic parts catalog Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary Assist in the collection of payments from customers Process all invoices and paperwork daily Complete all orders accurately and efficiently Qualifications Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Have strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment Prior parts sales experience required Knowledge of internet marketing and sales beneficial High school diploma or equivalent
