Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

A company is looking for a Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Care Navigator) to support patient success through remote monitoring and intervention. Key Responsibilities Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through a technology platform Maintain necessary records and provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program Active PTA license in a compact state 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable switching between various systems Experience in behavioral modification or Health Coach Certification is a plus
