The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and delivers high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and primingPaint interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayersPerform drywall repairs, minor carpentry touch-ups, and surface prepProtect furniture, floors, and job sites before and during workEnsure clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent qualityFollow job specifications, timelines, and safety proceduresMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean work areaCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersComplete additional tasks as directed by managementRequirements Prior painting experience preferred (residential or commercial)Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipAbility to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffoldingReliable transportation to job sitesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude, coachable, and dependablePowered by JazzHR
