This role requires strong backend/API engineering, solid frontend skills, and the ability to design, explain, and scale AI-driven systemsKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy full-stack applications integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities into real-world workflowsDesign and develop APIs/services for model inference, prompt orchestration, and agent workflowsImplement AI-driven UX features such as:ExplanationsFeedback loopsHuman-in-the-loop workflowsWork with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) to build intelligent applicationsIntegrate with external AI/ML services and data platforms via APIsEnsure secure SDLC practicestesting, code reviews, dependency management, vulnerability fixesCollaborate with architecture and platform teams to align with enterprise standardsUse AI coding tools (Copilot, agentic IDEs) to accelerate development while maintaining qualityRequired Skills (Must-Have)5+ years of software development (backend + frontend)Strong experience in Python / Java / .NET (Python highly preferred)Hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications (production or strong POCs)Experience with:REST API developmentReact or modern frontend frameworksPractical experience with:LangChain / LangGraph / agent frameworksPrompt engineering & tool/function callingStrong understanding of:AI system design & architectureModel integration patterns (RAG, APIs, agents)Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testingWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
