This role is designed for a delivery powerhouse—someone who wants to move away from business development and focus entirely on sourcing and closing elite talent for a high volume of exclusive roles.The RoleSpecialized Delivery: Source, headhunt, and qualify top-tier candidates within the AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Data Science spaces for contract positions.180 Focus: Pure candidate-side recruiting; the business is already won and the requisitions are exclusive.Contract & Direct Hire: While the desk is contract-heavy, you will also handle high-value direct-hire placements.High Performance: The firm is looking for individuals with the drive and capability to bill $1M+ in Gross Profit annually.The Ideal ProfileExperience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional recruiting experience within the IT staffing space.Stability: A proven track record of tenure.
