Program Manager
SMX is seeking a Program Manager with subject matter expert for several open-source intelligence (OSINT) mission requirements within SMX’ and our supported Combatant Commands Area of Operations (AOR). The Program Manager will provide direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of OSINT tasking and client development. The Program Manager is aligned to the Mission Solutions Group (MSG) Operations Division but is responsible for overseeing efforts and opportunities across several MSG divisions, which includes all our programs and Solutions division.This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for OSINT collection and exploitation activities, OSINT training, OSINT capabilities, OSINT and PAI research readiness, and OSINT curation and disseminationEnsures personnel are certified and effectively conducting training per SMX and contract requirementsProvide expertise for the coordination of intelligence technical support as required by our programs and clientsCoordinates support through direct liaison with the SMX TOPMs and staffMonitors and evaluates data summarizing the analysis planning and technical support workload conducted by the Technical Expert contract personnel at each site as appropriate to each projectAssesses and makes recommendations on the progress and performance of the contractor intelligence technical support personnelParticipates in operations and intelligence briefs presented by the technical expert contract personnelRequired Skills & ExperienceRequired Clearance: TS with SCI eligibilityCurrent Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)10 years' experience managing complex Army, DoD, or Intelligence Community projects and/or operations of considerable size. 15 years of experience in direct support of Army, DoD, and the Intelligence Community Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school5 years of experience with intelligence collection or analysis, open-source/PIA collection, structured analytic techniques, social network theory, and operations security in the cyberspace domain or cybercrime, including experience teaching difficult concepts#CJPOSTAt SMX®, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
