We're looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about building great projects and leading high-performing teams in the field.What You'll DoLead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeoutServe as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineersCollaborate closely with jobsite Superintendents and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectationsDevelop and maintain project schedules, identifying and managing the critical pathManage project budgets, cost controls, subcontractor agreements, and change ordersEnsure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standardsPromote and uphold strong safety practices and regulatory complianceSupport the implementation of Lean construction principles to improve project efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForB.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field5–7 years of experience in a lead role on building construction projectsExperience managing projects in the $15M–$30M rangeStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction methods, and cost controlAbility to effectively coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationshipsExperience with Lean construction practicesDemonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred)Please note we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, company paid long term disability insurance, paid holidays, and earned time off.EOE/AA/Disability, Veteran and Second Chance EmployerWe are an E-Verify Participating Employer.J-18808-Ljbffr
