Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a focus in wound care to join our growing team. This role offers a high level of clinical autonomy and the opportunity to make meaningful, independent decisions while delivering advanced wound management services across multiple care settings. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and confident in assessing, treating, and managing complex wounds while collaborating effectively with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide advanced wound management, including debridement, dressing selection, and infection prevention strategies Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care practices, techniques and prevention strategies Accurately and timely document all patient encounters in compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with partnering facilities and patients Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of California Board Certified NP (FNP, AGNP, or other applicable certification) Previous experience in wound care, dermatology, or post-acute care strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working independently across multiple facilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required between partner facilities) Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling and independence in practice Professional development opportunities Why Join Generational Wellness?
