Senior Contracts Analyst
Job Summary:Our client is seeking Senior Contracts Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Aurora, Colorado.Duties:Publicizing proposed procurementsDrafting and preparing solicitationsResponding to pre-award inquiriesSupporting pre-proposal conferencesPreparing and issuing amendments or cancellationsSupporting source selection decisions and evaluation criteriaConducting price and cost analysisAssisting with contract award documentation and issuanceSupporting debriefings and protest responsesParticipating in post-award orientation meetingsMonitoring contractor performance and complianceEvaluating invoices and payment-related documentationSupporting contract modifications, terminations, and closeoutsDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree (any field) with 24 semester hours in business-related subjects such as accounting, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, etc.10+ years of federal procurement experienceDeep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policiesDemonstrated knowledge of acquisition phases, contract principles, price/cost analysis, and problem-solving strategiesStrong communication and technical writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Project, and AdobeFamiliarity with DHA and DoD acquisition proceduresPrevious Department of Defense contracting experienceBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $58.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
