We specialize in aesthetic injectable services for rejuvenation and aesthetic refinement, integrative health and wellness, and advanced skincare and aesthetician services.Role OverviewWe're looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support local brand visibility, patient engagement, and in-clinic activations for Body+Beauty Lab. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining social media content creation with event coordination, community outreach, and lead management. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment where attention to detail and brand consistency matter.FLSA Status: Non-ExemptDuties & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other relevant platforms in alignment with brand guidelinesCapture on-site content including provider moments, treatment highlights, before-and-afters, and clinic culturePartner with providers to support and encourage organic, provider-led content creationMonitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand mannerEvent Coordination Plan and execute in-clinic events and local activations with clearly defined logistics and outcomes set by Clinic LeadershipManage event RSVPs, guest communications, and day-of coordinationTrack attendance and outcomes; deliver post-event recaps to Clinic LeadershipSupport outreach to local businesses, brand partners, and community organizations to drive awareness and referralsIn-Clinic Marketing Support Ensure promotional materials, signage, and treatment menus are current and on-brandSupport execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers as directed by Clinic LeadershipRespond to incoming leads within the CRM, conduct initial outreach, and convert to appointmentRequirements2+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or event coordinationProficiency with Instagram, including Reels creation, scheduling tools, and basic analyticsProficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating on-brand marketing assetsExperience capturing and editing short-form video content for social mediaComfortable on-camera and experienced supporting or directing provider content captureHighly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyFlexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends for onsite and offsite eventsReliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations (Philadelphia and St. Davids)Preferred QualificationsExperience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic settingFamiliarity with patient- or client-facing service marketingExisting relationships with local businesses, brands, or community organizations in the Philadelphia areaExperience with CRM platforms and basic lead management (specific platform training provided)Physical RequirementsAbility to work on-site and move throughout the clinic environmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs (event materials, signage, boxes)Ability to stand or remain mobile for extended periods during events and content shootshttps://bodyandbeautylab.com/
