Instrumentation Coordinator Sterile ProcessingSchedule2nd Shift: 3:00 PM11:30 PM, MondayFriday; occasional scheduled holidays.Assignment DetailsFull-time position with a 40-hour orientation period.RequirementsMinimum 3 years sterile processing/reprocessing experience.Trauma experience: Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred.Required certification: CRCST or CSPDT.Experience with sterilization processes, including STERRAD and steam sterilization; HLD and scope reprocessing; and automated systems.Preferred experience with Epic for charting.ResponsibilitiesOversee decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization, and sterile storage.Act as a liaison between the operating room and sterile processing department.Standardize instrument trays and monitor enterprise-wide tracking of instrumentation.Ensure compliance with sterilization monitoring and testing protocols.Assist with high-level disinfection and the use of automated endoscope reprocessors.Compliance / NotesParking details will be provided.
