First 90 days: onboard on products and systems, contact every active partner, begin reactivation outreach. First 6 months: improve ordering rates, sign first new accounts. First year: fleet health trending up, meaningful new door count from accounts you opened.What You'll Need5-8 years of experience in territory management, account management, or field sales in a B2B or B2B2C environmentDemonstrated track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing relationships. The ability to prospect, pitch, and close is non-negotiableExperience managing a high volume of concurrent account touchpoints across both retention and acquisition functionsStrong organizational skills and comfort working with project management tools (Asana preferred), e-commerce platforms, and CRM systemsWillingness to travel as needed, estimated 20-30% (subject to business need and ROI justification)Self-directed and capable of operating independently in a remote, field-based roleGood-to-HaveExperience in the mattress, bedding, or home furnishings industry.
