Dedicated coordinator team available when you need us.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to residents in a long-term care settingAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingTake and record vital signsDocument care in accordance with facility protocolsReport changes in resident condition to nursing staffMaintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residentsFollow infection control and universal precautionsQualificationsActive Oregon CNA certificationCurrent BLS or CPR certificationCurrent TB test (within the last year)Flu and COVID vaccination, or signed declinationsFood handler's card (assistance available if needed)Reliable transportationAbility to pass background check and required compliance checksMinimum 6 months CNA experience preferred (new grads will be considered)Why Health Source GroupWe work with our clinicians, not just for them.
