Product Growth The role involves managing the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to customer service to product feedback & iteration.Key responsibilities include:Running weekly customer feedback sessions and developing a framework to prioritize feedback with the engineering team.Building and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to identify potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consultancies.Developing a framework to increase client engagement via tutorials and running workshops.Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and providing ongoing customer support.Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.What you can expect:It won't be easy; in fact, it will be very hard.BUT, it will be a lot of fun.You need to be comfortable in being uncomfortable; timelines will change, priorities will most likely shift.Be prepared to sacrifice your work-life balance in exchange for joining an incredible journey and learning a lot along the way.Requirements include:Minimum of 3 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.MBA is a bonus, not essential.Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
