In this role, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services, including medical evaluations, injury management, and health counseling to support workforce well-being and safety.Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical screenings and assessments.Manage and coordinate treatment plans for work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely recovery and compliance with safety protocols.Provide health education and risk mitigation strategies to employees and management.Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulations.Collaborate with safety teams to develop and implement health and wellness programs.Stay current with occupational health standards and best practices.Qualifications:** Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to employee health.
