About the CompanyAn established and rapidly growing national Self-Performing contractor is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead fast-paced commercial hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands self-perform operations, thrives in the field, and knows how to drive schedules, manage teams, and keep projects moving.You do NOT have to live in Charlotte, NC to be considered for this opportunity.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from start to finishLead self-perform scopes including labor, sequencing, logistics, and field coordinationDrive schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controlCoordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership teamsMaintain safety, quality, and production standards across all phasesQualifications5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experienceStrong self-perform background requiredExperience with concrete, drywall & metal framing, general trades, carpentry, site logistics, or Division 10/12 scopesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platformsRequired SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with concrete, drywall and metal framing, general trades, carpentry, site logistics, or Division 10/12 scopesPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation (Up to $150K Base Salary), bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and full benefitsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
