Your credentials, experience, and excellent customer relations will contribute to the strength of the brand and our dealerships and the confidence and loyalty of our customers. This is a 100% commissioned position. Evening and weekend hours are required.Responsibilities:Become an expert on the customer decision-making processAcquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of every model sold in the dealershipStay aware of the vehicles currently in inventory in order to present appropriate options to customerGreet, engage, and offer assistance to every unattended guest browsing our showroomEnter and maintain contact information about customers in the dealerships prospect/contact system ONLY.Lead customer through the decision-making processIdentify the automobile needs and desires of each guest and present appropriate vehiclesEnsure each buyer is given a tour of the dealership all the way to the service departmentFacilitate the introduction to Accessories Department for selection of accessoriesHand off to Finance Manager for completion of financing paperworkEnsure new vehicle is made ready for delivery, including the installation of all accessoriesFamiliarize new owner with new vehicle and make deliveryFollow-up according to dealerships established practice with every customer you engageFollow-up with new owners to ensure satisfaction and to build long-term relationships, repeat business, and referralsWe are looking for:Recent experience in automobile sales preferred, not requiredExceptional customer service skillsSkill in building long-term relationshipsDiscipline and self-motivationEnthusiastic presence in a team environmentValid drivers license and a good driving recordStrong work ethicBilingual Spanish/English - PreferredBenefits:Competitive Commission Pay Plan, including volume bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance, along with several ancillary insurance products401(k) Retirement & Savings Plan with Employer Matching FundsPaid Time Off and HolidaysEmployee Discounts on all servicesEmployee Assistance Program**All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen**
