OverviewCMIC is seeking a sharp, operations-minded individual contributor to work closely with leadership as we scale a multi-state healthcare organization. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and wants exposure to a growing healthcare business.You’ll partner directly with leaders across operations, billing, and technology to improve systems, document processes, and drive execution on high-impact initiatives that support growth across new and existing states.ResponsibilitiesServe as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales operations, technology / point solution integration, process optimization, reporting, and moreBuild, document, and continuously improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being buildout of Company WikiSupport operational readiness for new state launches and expansionPartner with administrative, billing, and collections teams to streamline operations and improve efficiencySupport data analysis, reporting, and invoicing improvements to enhance visibility and accuracyHelp roll out new tools, workflows, and process changes by training and supporting internal teamsIdeal Background1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced startup environmentStrong organizational skills with a bias toward execution and follow-throughComfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and navigating ambiguityCurious, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scaleExperience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Quickbooks / accounting software is a major plus
