Employee Relations Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an Employee Relations Project Manager to assist with the migration of legacy employee relations and performance management cases to a new system. This role involves meticulous review and documentation of highly confidential employee investigation files, requiring a candidate with strong attention to detail, experience in HR/Employee Relations (ER), and comfort with data-heavy tasks. Key Responsibilities:- Access, review, and document all legacy employee relations and performance management cases, ensuring accurate data migration into the new system.- Use an Excel template to record information from each case file, creating new entries that adhere to the standards set by.- Handle over 400 legacy cases, ensuring all data is captured accurately, securely, and in a timely manner.- Work closely with the HR Director, ER Specialist, and the software vendor to ensure smooth data transition and address any questions or issues that arise during the migration process.- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity while managing and documenting confidential employee investigation records.- Collaborate through Microsoft Teams using a private channel designated for managing and discussing sensitive employee relations and performance management files. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of +3 years in HR, employee relations, or case management roles. - Experience with data entry, case management systems, or HRIS systems. - Strong knowledge of confidentiality and HR-related best practices. - Advanced proficiency in Excel for data documentation. - Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions to ensure data accuracy. - Comfort with "in-the-weeds" work, reviewing files in detail and working through data-heavy tasks. - Remote position, with occasional onsite requirements. Must be local to Minnesota- Monday to Friday, regular business hours.- All necessary equipment provided.
