In this hybrid role, you will handle both administrative duties and hands-on courier responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the medical courier driver will be transporting cryopreservation tanks used in IVF treatments, ensuring their safe and timely delivery to IVF labs. As an administrative assistant, you will assist with daily office operations, support data entry tasks, and provide general support to the clinical team.Key responsibilities:Administrative Duties:Manage deliveries and pickups of cryopreservation tanks to IVF labsMaintain up-to-date records of deliveries and inventory logsAssist with preparing documentation for incoming inventorySupport inventory auditing processesEnsure compliance with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA, when handling sensitive client and patient informationAssist with general office tanks such as filing, data entry, and schedulingMedical Courier Driver Duties:Safely and efficiently transport cryopreservation tanks to and from IVF labsEnsure all deliveries are made according to the pre-scheduled timelines and routesConfirm receipt of delivery by and obtain appropriate signaturesMaintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, ensuring all safety checks are performedEnsure proper handling and transportation of cryopreservation tanks, including ensuring tanks are securely stored and transportedMaintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues or delays to managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree with science background preferred, additional administrative or logistics certifications are consideredValid driver’s license with a clean driving record5-7 years of driving experience in a similar or related position Previous experience in medical courier services, logistics, or administrative support is preferredAbility to interact professionally with healthcare professionals, IVF labs, and team membersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilitiesReliable, punctual, and capable of working independentlyCompensation & BenefitsAt CryoFuture, we recognize the value of our team and offer a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hr USD, along with an attractive benefits package:401(k) Retirement PlanMedical, Dental, and Vision CoverageWhy CryoFuture?At CryoFuture, innovation and excellence drive everything we do.
