Senior Lead, Global Product Commercialization

ResponsibilitiesOversee assessment and strategy for new product launches, partnerships and features; collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Product to define roadmap and develop go-to-market strategies that drive long-term product adoption and revenue growth, while identifying cross-product efficienciesOwn product feature prioritization for your product(s), making informed choices that maximize revenue growth and enhance customer experienceIdentify and prioritize unmet customer or internal needs, and develop solutions to address them—within existing products or through new offeringsDirect commercial and sales testing for novel product offerings, and manage product rollouts with Sales, Client Success, and clients, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues and developing new systems and processes as neededDevelop and write business requirements for prioritized product features, including technical, customer, and Sales/Client Success-facing requirements, and validate solutions after build before releaseStructure and complete assessments with team support using SQL/IQL queries, Excel models, Python scripts, or in-house tools; select appropriate methodologies, recommended practices, and models, and leverage data to inform product commercialization decisions (e.g., market launches, pricing, features)Present findings and recommendations to senior collaborators; influence adoption of appropriate metrics, goals, and processes, and partner with Vice Presidents (and above) across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to align on key outcomesSkills / CompetenciesRequires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.Experience in management consulting, product strategy, or GTM roleExperience with SQL, Excel, modeling, and data analyticsSalary Range TransparencyTier 1 – United States of America 134,000 - 202,000 USD per yearTier 2 – United States of America 151,000 - 227,000 USD per yearTier 3 – United States of America 166,000 - 248,000 USD per yearTier 4 – N/ATier 5 – United States of America 190,000 - 284,000 USD per yearBenefits – Health, Work/Life Harmony, & WellbeingWe care about what you care about.
