Automotive Store Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Duties - Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory control, and customer service - Supervise and train employees on store policies and procedures - Implement strategies to meet sales goals and targets - Oversee the scheduling and shift management of employees - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Conduct employee orientation, coaching, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with the assistant manager on store initiatives Qualifications - Proven experience in store management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team - Previous experience in a grocery store setting is preferred - Demonstrated ability in training development and employee motivation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,927.00 - $65,277.00 per year Experience: Leadership: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Saint Peters, MO 63376 (Required) Work Location: In person
