Job Title: Clinical Lab Assistant Location: Stamford, CT Type: Contract Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00/hr Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 25-30 hours per week, schedule will be set monthly Security Clearance: Not specifiedOverviewLeave placeholder text here for recruiter to inputResponsibilitiesAssist Clinical Coordinators in preparing and executing clinical studies supporting product claims for Beauty Care, Laundry, and Adhesive businesses.Prepare documents for clinical studies, assist in study material preparation, and administer informed consent to clinical study subjects.Collect data from clinical instrument readings, perform data entry, and conduct quality checks of clinical binders.Prepare labs before and after studies, ensure large groups of subjects are informed of study activities, and communicate instructions effectively.Perform general lab duties including preparing lab coats, ensuring clean laundry, using clinical instruments, applying products, training on scientific scales, collecting hot room pad data, and washing subjects’ legs and arms for multiple protocols. Requirements Some college education with lab experience and a science background.1-2 years of clinical research experience (preferred).Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude.Detail-oriented team player motivated to succeed.Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to stand for 2-4 hours at a time during clinical studies.Flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings on occasion.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
