We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to fill the role of our Residential Medicaid Manager!This Position Will: Administer the day-to-day operations of the Medicaid processes, with extensive emphasis on review of service notes and documentation and required for maintaining Medicaid certification. Provides training,direction, regular feedback and guidance to Residential staff related to Medicaid documentation. Overseethe Residential Utilization Review process. Prepares and presents reports related to submission trends,content deficiencies, service utilization, and other relevant quantity/quality measures for maintenance ofMedicaid certification.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree or five years related experience in behavioral health/healthcare related fieldWorking knowledge of Medicaid requirements and certification elements.Keyboarding/typing speed of 40 wpmWorking knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)Remain current in TCI, First Aid and all other required TrainingSalary:$20.20 - $29.65/hourFounded in 1897, The Allendale Association is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to excellence and innovation in the care, treatment, education and advocacy for children and youth with serious emotional, mental and behavioral health challenges.
