You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile./ph3Shift Lead Responsibilities/h3ulliDelegate duties and fairly assign specific tasks to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests./liliContributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments./liliFollow inventory control procedures and guidelines./liliFollows all Capriottis procedures and operational policies, cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift./liliAssist with labor management costs./liliActs with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Capriottis values and culture./liliMust demonstrate proficiency in all areas of shop operations to assist where needed during assigned shift./liliMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop and ensure proper setup and breakdown of all areas, including the dining room, restrooms, cold stations, grill, and prep areas./liliWork as a team to prepare for each shift./liliAbility to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities./liliMaintains a positive work environment for Team Members and guests during each shift./li/ulh3Shift Lead Qualifications/h3ulliExcellent guest service skills are required./liliMust be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment./liliTeam-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic./liliAbility to communicate effectively to help keep all Team Members informed./liliFlexible schedule; could include nights and weekends./liliAt least 18 years of age./li/ulpCompensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour/ppFounded in 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware by siblings Lois and Alan Margolet, Capriottis was born from a desire to create something unique while honoring family heritage.
