The role requires a strong background in injection molding and machining, along with a good understanding of manufacturing processes. The Program Manager must be able to comprehend engineering drawings, solid models and customer/industry specifications to fully understand customer requirements. Also, the position demands expert communication and time management skills in order to best serve customers and to collaborate with internal departments to achieve cost effective and efficient goals.
